Welcome to Mozn Delivery ("Mozn", "we", "our", or "us"). Mozn is the water ordering and delivery brand of Asool Ltd. (ASOOL TRADING & INVESTMENT LIMITED), the parent company. The parent company website is https://asool.ltd/.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Mozn mobile application, website, and related ordering and delivery services in Kenya. References to Mozn include Asool Ltd. as the operator of the Mozn brand, where applicable.

By accessing or using the Mozn platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Mozn

Mozn Delivery is a Kenya-focused water ordering and distribution platform from Mozn Water Factory, owned and operated by Asool Ltd. It helps customers order purified bottled water and related products with convenient doorstep delivery.

2. Eligibility

To use the Mozn platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or
  • Use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Mozn and Asool Ltd. reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

4. Orders and Deliveries

All orders are subject to product availability, delivery coverage, and successful payment verification where applicable. Mozn may cancel or refuse orders at its discretion.

Delivery services are currently available in Nairobi and selected surrounding locations. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to traffic, weather, operational delays, or periods of high demand.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply depending on location and order type.

Payments may be processed using mobile money, debit or credit cards, and cash on delivery where available. Users agree to provide valid and authorized payment methods.

6. Returns and Refunds

Customers may report issues relating to damaged products, missing items, or incorrect deliveries within a reasonable period after delivery. Refunds or replacements are subject to review and approval by Mozn.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform unlawfully.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Abuse delivery personnel or support staff.
  • Interfere with platform operations.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, services, or accounts.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Mozn may offer promo codes, referral programs, discounts, and marketing campaigns. Promotions may have expiry dates, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or cancelled without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, branding, images, text, designs, and software, is owned by Asool Ltd. and/or its licensors and is used for the Mozn brand. These materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mozn Delivery and Asool Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, service interruptions, delivery delays, technical issues, or losses resulting from unauthorized account access. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Mozn platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there, including sharing with Asool Ltd. as the parent company where needed for operations and legal compliance.

12. Third-Party Services

The Mozn platform may integrate with third-party services including payment providers, mapping services, authentication providers, and analytics tools. 13. Modifications to the Service

Mozn and Asool Ltd. reserve the right to update the platform, modify features, change pricing, or suspend services temporarily or permanently without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
